I've come here several times for coffee and donuts with friends and we've never had any complaints.

A friend ordered a vanilla latte but got caramel on accident and they replaced it with no hesitation.

Overall, service and coffee are great, food is okay, as expected.

Whoever was in the drive through window Aug 3rd 2019 12:30ish needs to receive lessons on how to be a Dunkin Donuts sales associate.

She was more into her conversation with the employees than with us as customers. I had to repeat myself multiple times and she acted as if we were a interruption to her and the importance of her conversation which had nothing to do with work.

Yes we got everything we ordered and the food was good. But that employee .. whew.. she needs to be trained better. Word of advice - If you don't like your job honey - you need to find another one. No one is making you work at DD. And yes this is going on google as well.

The only thing that allowed this to have 2 stars is the food. That's it - that's all.

I'm from the east coast. Dunkin is my life blood. Unfortunately the 8x's I've visited Hanfird, they have only had what I wanted once. ONE TIME! Stock up on Everything Bagels. PLEASE!

My friend  calls me up and says she's craving Dunkin' Donuts and invites me to go with her to Hanford. I was immediately shook as I thought Dunkin' Donuts didn't even exist in the valley.

The place is on the smaller side, and the line was short so there was hardly any wait time. I opted for a half dozen because i wasn't sure if I was going to like them or not.

My friend raved about the French cruellers, by the looks of it it didn't seem like anything special. However, let me tell you it's really good! I love the consistency of it; light, fluffy and airey plus not overly sweet, tastes perfect with a cup of coffee. I also got double chocolate, and Bavarian cream along with other standard donuts you would find anywhere else.

Since it was around 5:30pm I was able to snag an iced caramel latte for 2 bucks, what a steal. And they also offer almond milk as a substitute for regular milk!!

All in all the donuts were good and fresh tasting, coffee was great and at a great price. The cashier could have been friendlier and more welcoming but everyone has their bad days? If I'm ever in the vicinity I'll definitely come back

There is not much in the small town of Hanford California but if you're strolling down 10th St and need your coffee fix you can't go wrong with Dunkin' Donuts . Great Coffee and Chai tea if you're tired of the other mega coffee place.
And they're one of the few places open until 11 on Saturday nights and everything else in this town closes at 10 PM

I ordered the iced Carmel And the wife got the chai tea.
We both were very pleased with the outcome of our drinks they have come along way and have really mamade themselves contender to the big guy.
